Just in case by recording artist Damion Dice is buzzing in the underground #Reggae Hip/Hop and R&B scene as the hit to put Dice on into the mainstream. Following in the footsteps of artist like Cranium, Damion Dice chose to migrate to the U.S to pursue a music career. Formally know as Pink Bling from the Black Blingaz (TekWehYoself) dance group he took on the name change as to coincide with his new image of a full on dancehall reggae artist. Damion Dice now resides in Brooklyn New York and is frequent in areas of California as well such as San Diego and Las Angeles where he did opening for the likes of Beenie Man, Gyptian, Lady Saw and Baby Cham just to name a few. “Well Damion is my first name and music is my life and my life is unpredictable hence the Dice” said Damion Dice in an interview we had recently when he was asked “why the name Damion Dice?” We went on talking about his life and where he see himself in the music industry but the one thing that stuck out to me is the passion in his eye when he spoke about this song #Just In Case, it seemed like he was talking about meeting god in a deep dream and i must say on listening to playback of the track as a female who was in an abusive relationship it really struck a nerve for me. Well done i really love this one, the song talks about a girl who is being mistreated by her man and her knight in shining armor “Dice” tries to show her that there is a better way for her and it in his heart. This is a really well thought of song the lyrics (written by Damion Dice) was really capturing the vibe. When you listen to this track listen all the way because there is an amazing switch at the end that i was not expecting at all, normally after the second verse in a song you tend to get ready to hit the skip button because we are near the end, but not very often you come across a track that gets better the entire 3:14 (sec) just amazing.
